For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "fs777" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at https://fs777.bid and all associated services, games, and features accessible thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the fs777 platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions distinct from real-money Balances.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by a Player on any game or sports market offered by fs777.

• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently receiving treatment for gambling addiction, unless written clearance from a medical professional has been provided.

fs777 may request identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain a single Account on fs777. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same individual or by members of the same household — are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with Balances and winnings subject to forfeiture.

• All registration information provided must be accurate, current, and complete. fs777 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect details provided by a Player.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share login credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify fs777 support immediately at [email protected]. fs777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• fs777 reserves the right to close dormant Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, following prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number.
• Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the fs777 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided no open Wagers or pending withdrawals remain.

fs777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All Players warrant that funds deposited to their fs777 Account are sourced from legitimate income and are not derived from any illegal activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for e-wallet methods and PKR 500 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
• fs777 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly — may be set by Players within their Account settings at any time as a Responsible Gaming measure.
• fs777 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or return any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited to fs777 are not held in a separately segregated trust account but are maintained within the Platform's operating accounts. Players are unsecured creditors in the event of insolvency.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used to fund the Account, unless otherwise approved by the fs777 compliance team following KYC review.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

• fs777 reserves the right to deduct a PKR 200 inactivity processing fee from withdrawal requests made on Accounts that have been dormant for more than 6 months.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who are at least 21 years of age and have fully verified their Account.

• Obvious pricing errors — where the odds displayed for any market are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market probability — do not constitute a valid offer and any Wager placed on such odds may be voided at fs777's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fs777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, or algorithm to interact with the Platform, whether for game play, data scraping, or odds manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which Wagers are placed.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your Account or play on your behalf.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fs777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any software, content, or intellectual property associated with the fs777 Platform.

fs777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Detection of underage access — any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds permanently forfeited.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring fs777 to restrict the Account.

In the event of Account termination for reasons other than the Player's own breach or fraud, any verified real-money Balance remaining will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to standard KYC requirements and processing timeframes.

• Any loss of winnings or inability to place a Wager due to Platform unavailability.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of odds, game RTPs, or any other information published on the Platform, except where such inaccuracy constitutes wilful misconduct by fs777.
• Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or fees not within fs777's direct control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability as set out above, fs777's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fs777 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the following process applies:

fs777 does not accept any jurisdiction other than that specified in its gaming licence framework for the resolution of disputes. Pakistani courts do not have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

• Material amendments — those that significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by direct notification to the registered email or mobile number on each Account.
• Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
